Celtics Beat Mavericks 138-110 for 10th Straight Win

Jayson Tatum Leads Boston with 32 Points

Live Coverage of the NBA Game on ESPN

The Boston Celtics extended their winning streak to 10 games on Wednesday night with a 138-110 victory over the Dallas Mavericks. Jayson Tatum led the way for Boston with 32 points, five rebounds, and four assists, while Jaylen Brown added 25 points and eight rebounds. Luka Dončić had a triple-double for Dallas with 23 points, 12 rebounds, and 10 assists, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Celtics' balanced attack.

The Celtics jumped out to an early lead and never looked back, leading by as many as 26 points in the second half. The Mavericks made a late run in the fourth quarter, but it was too little, too late. The Celtics' defense was stifling, holding the Mavericks to just 39.8% shooting from the field. They also forced 17 turnovers.

The win was the Celtics' fifth in a row at home. They are now 15-3 on the season and have the best record in the Eastern Conference. The Mavericks fell to 9-7 with the loss and are now in fifth place in the Western Conference.

The Celtics will be back in action on Friday night when they host the Golden State Warriors. The Mavericks will be back in action on Saturday night when they travel to face the San Antonio Spurs.
