Qatar Denounces Deadly Airstrike That Killed Dozens

Israeli Attack on Rafah Tent Camp Draws International Condemnation

Qatar Denounces Deadly Airstrike that Killed Dozens

At Least 45 Palestinians Dead in Horrific Attack

An Israeli airstrike on a makeshift tent camp for displaced Palestinians in Rafah, Gaza, killed at least 45 people on Sunday night.

The Wafa news agency, quoting the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS), reported that many of those who died were burned alive inside the camp. Qatar has strongly condemned the attack, calling it a "grave violation" of international law.

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) claimed that the camp was being used by Hamas militants to launch rockets into Israel. However, witnesses and international organizations have disputed this claim, stating that the camp was primarily housing civilians who had fled their homes due to the ongoing conflict.

The Rafah massacre has drawn widespread condemnation from the international community. The United Nations has called for an independent investigation into the incident, while the European Union has expressed its "deepest condolences" to the victims and their families.
